Introducing Jupiter Pointe
At Jupiter Pointe, we’re focused on one clear goal: helping middle-income Americans become homeowners and start building wealth through equity. We acquire damaged or distressed properties in high-cost areas and transform them into quality, attainable homes — a practical path to affordability where new construction is often out of reach.
We run a tight, repeatable model: targeted acquisition with in-house assessments to find the right properties; standardized, closely overseen construction with cost-effective sourcing; and a sale process that includes buyer education and expert legal support so first-time buyers feel confident at every step.
Our team brings the experience — and grit — to deliver. Founder & CEO Milton Hudson leads financial strategy and planning, with 30+ years in single-family building and property management. Kyle Hudson, CEO & Director of Operations, drives day-to-day execution with a focus on removing barriers to homeownership for families nationwide.
On the build side, Director of Construction Andres Garcia manages site operations and quality control, ensuring our homes are not only affordable but comfortable and well-made.
To fund and scale the mission, William Wells leads Investor Relations, drawing on experience at Fortress Investment Group and Wells Fargo, while Director of Investor Relations Brandon Beckwith spearheads capital raising and investor communications.
Upstream, Director of Acquisitions Kai Fink leverages a dealmaker’s background in venture and strategic partnerships to source and structure the right opportunities. And as Director of Marketing, Lauren Biedenharn brings tenants-in-common (TIC) and community-culture expertise to craft impactful campaigns and build strong, supportive relationships with the neighborhoods we serve.
Current efforts include renovations on Fyler Place and Jeffries Avenue, as well as a completed, fully leased property on San Fernando Mission Boulevard — real addresses that reflect our “fix-first” strategy and neighborhood-level impact.
Why this matters: affordability isn’t just about price; it’s about access, clarity, and support. By targeting distressed assets, standardizing construction, and guiding buyers through closing with education and legal expertise, we reduce friction at every phase. That end-to-end discipline helps more families cross the threshold into homeownership — and begin compounding equity over time.
If you’re exploring your first purchase or you’re an impact-minded investor, keep an eye on our pipeline. Our combination of seasoned execution, disciplined acquisitions, and mission-aligned financing is designed to unlock more affordable doors — one property at a time.
